Moses is the founding member of KMMT Chartered Accountants, one of the black accounting firms which merged with KPMG in 2002. He was chairman of KPMG South Africa and later became CEO, Chairman of KPMG Africa and member of KPMG International board.

Moses is a qualified chartered accountants, Hons B.Compt from Unisa and Executive Development Programme from Gibs. He is a former chairman of Accounting Practice Board, member of IFRS advisory council and SAICA board. He served on the boards of Imperial Holding Limited, Alexander Forbes Limited, AECI Limited, Famous Brand Limited Massmart Limited and Transaction Capital limited where he chaired some of the audit committees. He currently serves on Clinix Group board, MOGS (Pty) Limited and Nelson Mandela Children Hospital where he chairs the audit committees.
